I’ve made it a habit now to search Pinterest for daily meals and suppers. Tonight I opted for Paula Deen’s Easy Breezy Chicken Pot Pie recipe. It was by far the easiest meal I’ve ever thrown together, making me feel a little guilty as I watched my boys gobble it down. I used a whole, pre- cooked chicken from BJ’s ($5) making it quick, cheap and delicious!! Tried & True
* Please note that I omitted the melted butter on top of the biscuit dough and also removed all the skin from the chicken .
