This is the Pina Colada you’ll find in most food trucks while Driving down Route 129 in Puerto Rico. Of course they are sold virgin but well……. I don’t like anything Virgin so I added some Puerto Rican Rum! Its Cold, its sweet, and its Pretty!
Ingredients
3 Cups ice
1 Can Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
12 oz Dole Pineapple Juice
1/2 Cup Maraschino Cherry Juice
3/4 Cup White Bacardi Puerto Rican Rum
Maraschino Cherries to garnish
whipped Cream (optional)
- In the jar of your blender, add all ingredients except the cherries. Using the ice crush feature, blend until it resembles a thick slush.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with cherries. Enjoy
